In keeping with our concerns over children's safety, we are pleased to announce that we will have certified rescue personnel at all of our practices and games. We appreciate RESCUE COMPANY ONE, of the Greater Manassas Volunteer Rescue, for donating their time and efforts in making this the safest league possible for our children.

The 3-day conditoning camp is on August 3rd, 4th and 5th at Signal Hill Park

CHEERLEADING CAMP
will be 3 days this year! August 23, 24 and 25th! 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
at Manassas Park High School
FREE to those who have signed up and PAID
otherwise the cost is $25/per person
Saturday, July 31st is the last day to sign up in-person at Glory Days in Manassas from 11:30 - 1:00 p.m.
After the 31st, sign-up's will be open for a limited time at Signal Hill Park beginning August 3rd.
