During our tackle season, the games are held on Saturday. All age groups play at different times so that those parents with more than one child playing can watch each child play instead of having to choose.
We are also happy to announce that it has been arranged with Dr. Tom DeBolt, the Superintendent of the Manassas Park Schools, to allow teams to play at least one game under the lights at the Manassas Park High School. Moreover, league members wearing their jersey or cheer uniform can attend the home Manassas Park football games for free with a paying adult.
We hope to continue the success of the league. We are always looking for ways to improve the league through quality products and services and value-added opportunities. Please provide us with any ideas or concerns that you may have.

ABOUT US
We are pleased to announce that MPYFL is going into our third year of operation. Our age groups range from the age of 5 to 16 years old. We have grown from 125 football players and 55 cheerleaders in our first season to 225 football players and 115 cheerleaders in our second year. This, our third year, we are hoping to grow at the same pace as our previous two years.
Our league was created three years ago to give families the opportunity to have their children participate in a league that stresses the importance of positive attitudes, leadership, and good sportsmanship more so than winning.
We know everyone has a busy schedule and so we have tried to make attending both practices and games easier on our families. We only hold practices on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during tackle season at Signal Hill Park and games being held at Manassas Park High School. All practices begin right at 6 and end promptly at 8. Cheerleaders also practice at the same time and location. All age groups practice at the same time so parents don’t have to go place to place to watch their children practice.

Our Flag Football program is a premier youth football program for boys and girls ages 4-16.
The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.
Our FLAG Football program is designed to educate young people about football while emphasizing participation and sportsmanship. Players learn skills and lessons that help them succeed both on and off the field.
-Age Groups: 4-7, 8-10, 11-14, 15-16
-Team rosters are composed of 10 players - Game play is 5 on 5
-Games are composed of 2-20 minute halves with a running clock and a 5 minute halftime - all Sunday games will be held at Manassas Park High School
-We will practice 2 nights per week (Thursday/Friday) for 1.5 hours per practice at Signal Hill Park
Please note: There will be no games on Sunday, April 4th (Easter), Sunday, May 30th (Memorial Day Weekend) ~ Sunday, May 9th (Mothers Day) and Sunday, June 20th (Fathers Day).
